The Goulburn Herald of 23/1/1899 records Frank of Goulburn Superior Public School, successfully passed the exam for the position of Pupil Teacher.
Another record shows him as an assistant teacher at Goul;burn Public School being transferred to Mudgee.
The Goulburn Post of 2/5/1905 shows he resigned from the St.Savior's Catherdral Choir because of a move to Sydney. He was presented with a copy of Medelsohn's 'Songs without words' and Beethoven's Sonata, in recognition of the regular and attentive services performed by him.

The book 'Convict Pioneers and Immigration History of Australia (page 139) shows Frank as a Bootmaker.
The Goulburn Herald of 24/11/1888 shows the Frank sustained a serious cut to his right hand while carrying a knife.
The Australian Phone Book for 1904 shows him as having a business in 'Boots and Shoes'.
